If you submit an enquiry through the website contact form, I collect your name, email address, and message content. I use this only to respond to your enquiry. I do not add enquiry contacts to any mailing list without your separate consent.

Substack may also collect usage data such as open rates and click activity. I use this information to send the newsletter and understand readership. The Reinventor's Mindset podcast is hosted and distributed through Spotify for Podcasters. I do not directly collect any listener data. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with the platform providers listed above (Wix, Substack, Spotify) as necessary to operate the website, newsletter, and podcast.

• Newsletter subscribers: Retained by Substack for as long as you remain subscribed.

• Website analytics: Managed by Wix in accordance with their retention policies.
